Golf Club Solutions will design your web site to be interactive and evolving. This is important because it has been found that if a user goes to your site more than two times and the information has not changed, they will not come back. We encourage you to update your site frequently with new information.

Of course. Golf Club Solutions offers an advertising database feature that allows you to insert ads from other sponsors and local businesses who may want to partner with you. You can offer free or paid sponsorships on your site. You will have the ability to track the click-throughs and monitor the ad displays.

| Will our club need any special computers or software items? |

No. Your web site can easily be updated right at the club or even at your home. All you need is a computer and Internet access.

We will provide your members with timely golf information through CityofGolf.com. We provide everything from golf news to game tracking. In addition, we have regularly scheduled interactive material. This interactive material includes rules forums, golf instruction, and player interviews. All of this content will be at your member’s fingertips and it is always developed and reviewed by one of our PGA professionals.

| We already have a web site. Can you host it? |

Golf Club Solutions can host your current web site. Because of the integrated robust database-driven features we offer, we would convert your existing design or if you prefer, create a brand new one for you. It is totally up to you. We will work with you to make necessary changes to your web site in order for it to be easily updated. Either way, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that your conversion is as seamless as possible.

| Our club is not for profit. Will a web site affect our tax status? |

Golf Club Solutions is very aware of the concerns surrounding not for profit clubs. We can assure you that your Club Pages will be 501 (c) compliant and will maintain that status. We suggest that you check with us first, before adding anything to your site that you are unsure of, and we will always do our best to be sure that nothing goes on your site that may affect your status.

| How long will this process take? |

Most sites are completed and ready for your review within 30 days of receiving your information. However, development time is closely tied to your responsiveness to our requests for information about your site. During this process you be able to make any changes you feel necessary by contacting your Club’s Design Specialist.
